Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Record Spinner ("the app"), provided by Moon Trip ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement governs your use of the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Record Spinner on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these terms. The app is free and contains no in-app purchases.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the images, videos, and other media you import into or create with the app. You are solely responsible for the content you use and must have the rights to use it. You agree not to use the app to create or distribute content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law. All processing happens on your device; we do not access, store, or claim any rights to your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify it except as permitted by law, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported videos will meet any specific requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or content, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
